At Luxor Beauty Bar, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide exceptional services. To ensure a fair experience for all, we have established the following refund policies, especially in situations of last-minute appointment cancellations or late arrivals:

1. Initial 25% Payment:
When booking our services through our website, an initial payment of 25% of the total service cost is required to confirm the appointment. This payment will not be refunded in the event of last-minute cancellation or if the client does not arrive at the agreed time and manner.

2. Last-Minute Appointment Cancellation:
In case you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you do so with as much notice as possible. If the cancellation is made at the last minute, we will retain the 25% initial payment as compensation.

3. Late Arrival:
It is important to arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late at the agreed-upon time, the 25% initial payment will not be refunded and will be considered compensation for the reserved time.

4. Appointment Modifications:
Any modification to the appointment date and time must be made well in advance and is subject to availability. Last-minute modifications may be subject to the retention of the 25% initial payment.

5. Exceptions:
The 25% retention will not apply in cases of cancellation by Luxor Beauty Bar or in exceptional situations that may be assessed on an individual basis.

Políticas de Devolución en Servicios

En Luxor Beauty Bar, valoramos la satisfacción de nuestros clientes y nos esforzamos por brindar servicios excepcionales. Para garantizar una experiencia justa para todos, hemos establecido las siguientes políticas de devolución, especialmente en situaciones de cancelación de citas a última hora o llegada tardía:

1. Pago Inicial del 25%:
Al reservar nuestros servicios a través de nuestra página web, se requiere un pago inicial del 25% del costo total del servicio para confirmar la cita. Este pago no será reembolsado en caso de cancelación a última hora o si la clienta no llega en el tiempo y forma debidamente acordado.

2. Cancelación de Cita a Última Hora:
En caso de que necesites cancelar tu cita, te pedimos que lo hagas con la mayor antelación posible. Si la cancelación se realiza a última hora, retendremos el 25% del pago inicial como compensación.

3. Llegada Tardía:
Es importante llegar a tiempo para tu cita. Si llegas tardía en el tiempo acordado, el 25% del pago inicial no será reembolsado y se considerará como compensación por el tiempo reservado.

4. Modificación de Citas:
Cualquier modificación en la fecha y hora de la cita debe realizarse con suficiente antelación y estará sujeta a disponibilidad. Las modificaciones realizadas a última hora pueden estar sujetas a la retención del 25% del pago inicial.

5. Excepciones:
La retención del 25% no se aplicará en casos de cancelación por parte de Luxor Beauty Bar o en situaciones excepcionales que puedan ser evaluadas de manera individual.
